The site, on which it will be placed “Edem”, emphasizes its unique architecture. The complex is designed in a free manner. It does by its integral part a landscape. It, as though, merges with surrounding landscape and during too time looks very effectively and prestigiously. At first sight clearly: “Edem” – an elite structure.

The basic area will be borrowed with apartments. Except for them in building premises of public purpose, and also cent of rest will settle down. On a ground floor with a hall will be placed restaurant, Bar, beauty salon, hairdressing saloon, fitness, SPA center, reception, area for a rest with comfortable sofa, TV etc. All this will unite the wide extended hall.
