The description of a complex

Complex “Edem” is the first and unique 8-storeyed building which will be erected in Jurmala after finding of independence by Latvia. The beginning of its construction – the first quarter 2006. “Edem” – a 100 percent exclusive. It possesses all advantages of elite and prestigious object.

The building possesses harmonious and unique architecture. Its color scale is sustained in conservative tones: in external furnish the sated white color prevails, strict lines emphasize elegant metal, and they are supplemented with dark grey elements and light, transparent glass. Such decision was offered with the nature, a surrounding landscape. “Edem” will "frame" trees which, being reflected in a glass facade, will add mysteriousness and charm.
